Shipping and Return Policy

At Sea Love, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction—always.

Delivery & Shipping

All of our candles are hand-poured and made to order. Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, and we currently ship within the U.S. only.

Please note that USPS and other carriers may experience delays. Sea Love is not responsible for lost, undelivered, or stolen packages once they leave our facility.

Use code LOCAL at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.


Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if there’s an issue with the product, please email us at hello@sealove.com within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos and a brief description of the issue so we can begin processing a replacement or exchange right away.


Returns & Exchanges

I don’t like the scent—can I exchange it?

We totally get it—shopping for candles online can be tricky. If you'd like to exchange an unused candle for a different scent, reach out to us before sending it back. Products must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for exchange.

Can I return my order?

If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help with a return on unused, undamaged items.
Please send your return, along with the original packing slip, to:

Keep your tracking number and shipping info in case we need to locate your return.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds

Refunds are issued on products that are returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for items that arrive broken due to improper return packaging.

Refunds cover product cost only and do not include original shipping charges. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.

If you’d prefer store credit instead, let us know—we’re happy to issue you a gift card for the product amount (excluding shipping fees).


Exceptions

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Third-party or partner products
